Keisha Holcomb, Regional Director
My interest in the medical field began because most of my immediate family is in the medical profession. I began working as an ER registration clerk in high school and received my CMA (certified medical assistant). I then went to EMT school, and completed my Associates Degree in Nursing in 2001. After receiving my AAS-Nursing, I decided to return to school at Bryan College, where I graduated with a BS in Business Administration and Business Management in 2008. In 2014, I completed my MSN with a concentration in Nursing Informatics. Most of my nursing background is in the OR; however, I have also worked in a physician's office, a Managed Care company, and a Skilled Nursing Facility. I have also been an Instructor for Medical Assistants and currently hold certification as a BLS instructor.
I have been married for 15 years (my husband is also in the medical field), and together we have five children and one grandson. Our passion is bay fishing in Southwest Florida and enjoying the laid back coastal way of life! My favorite part of being a nurse is the interaction with patients and educating them on their diagnoses and treatments, which is also a true priority for TAAG. Therefore, being a part of the TAAG team is a perfect fit for all my aspirations of a life-long career.
