Our Patients' Safety is our Primary Goal
At The Allergy Asthma Group of Galen, we continue to focus on getting you relief when you need it. Our offices remain open and we continue to see patients, both new and established. We are also seeing patients via telemedicine that can be done with your computer or your smartphone. As always, you can contact us through the Galen patient portal or by phone to ask questions or set up an appointment, either in office or by telemedicine.
We continue to focus on the safety of our patients and visitors by:
- Following CDC protocols for prevention of spread of COVID-19
- Screening patients either by phone or before entry into our facilities so that those at high risk can be masked and appropriately isolated to prevent spread
- Referral for testing when appropriate for COVID-19 with thorough follow up.
- Reducing time spent in waiting rooms. Most patients are immediately taken to exam rooms and any check-in papers are completed there
