Robert E. Younger III, M.D., is the founder of The Allergy & Asthma Group.  He began the practice in 1985. He received his undergraduate degree in microbiology and immunology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and attended medical school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. 

Michael C. Hollie, M.D., received his undergraduate degree from the College of Idaho. Dr. Hollie attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California, and received his medical degree in 1985. 

Curt Chaffin, M.D., received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. Dr. Chaffin attended the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine in Memphis and received his medical degree in 1997. 

Linda J. Kim, M.D., received her undergraduate degree from the University of California San Diego. Dr. Kim attended Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, and received her medical degree in 2002. 

Darla R. Erhard, MSN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner who joined The Allergy & Asthma Group in May 2001. Mrs. Erhard earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Michele Pierce, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner who joined The Allergy Asthma Group in 2022. Michele has two bachelor’s degrees. One was in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and the second degree was in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
